Financing built into every quote
Most commercial buyers do not want to pay cash, so we include asset finance and Power Purchase Agreement options alongside capital purchase on every proposal, not just the cash price. We model the 100% Annual Investment Allowance into your year-one position and hand your accountant a clean handover pack so the tax relief is simple to claim. The aim is a project that is cash-flow positive from month one wherever the site allows it.

We hold every certification a UK commercial solar installer should hold, and each one can be checked against the issuing body, listed below. MCS commercial certification governs the quality of the install and is the gateway to Smart Export Guarantee payments. NICEIC registration covers the electrical work. RECC membership and a TrustMark licence give you a consumer-code route if anything goes wrong. Our workmanship is covered by a 10-year IWA insurance-backed warranty, which means the cover survives even if the installing company does not, a point your premises insurer will appreciate.
Honest about the things others gloss over
The commercial solar market still has its share of operators who quote optimistic yields, hide the cost of a needed re-roof, or wave away the Distribution Network Operator connection timescale.
